He has 25 years experience in the Radio Broadcast Industry as the Promotions Director, General Sales Manager and General Manager at WTMP Radio Station in Tampa Bay, Florida and Senior Marketing Manager at Clear Channel Radio.

He also founded the company Full Spectrum Entertainment & Marketing Group which has promoted major concerts in America’s 19th largest metropolitan market.  He has also successfully managed, promoted and hosted concerts for major contemporary artists in divers sectors which includes Frankie Beverly & Maze, Gladys Knight, Jeffrey Osborne, Keith Sweat, Charlie Wilson (The Gap Band), R. Kelly, Vanessa Williams, Patti LaBelle, The Isley Brothers, Kem, Howard Hewitt, Steve Harvey, Kirk Franklin, Shirley Caesar, Mighty Clouds of Joy and Yolanda Adams.
